​HT Pay Way applies the latest standards in data protection, including the Secure Socket Layer (SSL) protocol with 128-bit data encryption and the MD5 algorithm. The ISO 8583 protocol ensures that data exchange between the T-Com system and the authorization centers of card companies is carried out within a private network, protected from unauthorized access by a double layer of firewalls.

The payment service is based on the 3-D Secure standard, which currently provides the most secure solution for credit and debit card payments in an online environment. If the user's card participates in the 3-D Secure program, the customer will be asked for additional identity verification as confirmation that they are the one using the card.
